What is the maximum term for returns?

You have 15 days from when you received your package to make any return.

What are the requirements for returns?

Do not exceed a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt. The product must be with its original labeling, with the same packaging and must be in the same conditions.

How can I make a return?

You have 2 options to make a return:

1) Shipping the items on your own.

You can send us the items you want to return with the company you choose to:

If you choose this option, write to us at info@mireiabaro.com so that we know that we are going to receive your package and so we can send you the return form that you will have to include in the package.

Refund: We will receive and check the products. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the term in which it becomes effective will depend on your bank.

MIREIA BARO is not responsible for shipments made on behalf of the client in case they are not delivered to our address, lost or arrive in poor condition.

2) Ask us to pick up your clothes at home.

The cost of the collection per package will be the same that you have paid for the shipment of the same when purchasing it.

In order to manage it you will have to follow these steps:

a) Write to us at info@mireiabaro.com requesting the collection, indicating your order number, the products you want to return and the reason. We will send you the form so that you can fill it in with your information and include it in the package.

b) We will deduct the amount corresponding to the shipment from the total return of the order.

c) Pack the items you want to send us back in an envelope or package in perfect condition and give it to the courier.

d) Reimbursement: in the days following the collection we will receive and check the products. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the term in which it becomes effective will depend on your bank. In the refund we will deduct the costs of the collection, as well as the initial shipping cost.

When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?

You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 7-15 days, depending on your bank. The amount to be reimbursed will be that of the products to be returned. In no case will the shipping cost be refunded.
